{"id":3074,"date":"2022-12-14T17:31:53","date_gmt":"2022-12-14T15:31:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.crismilla.com\/reflexion-post-carrera\/"},"modified":"2022-12-27T19:47:06","modified_gmt":"2022-12-27T17:47:06","slug":"reflexion-post-carrera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.crismilla.com\/es\/reflexion-post-carrera\/","title":{"rendered":"Reflexi\u00f3n post-carrera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuatro d\u00edas han pasado, despu\u00e9s de terminar una de las carreras m\u00e1s duras que he hecho en MTB, la Titan Desert Arabia Saud\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Fueron cuatro d\u00edas de superaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, pero sobre todo mental, superando las adversidades: el viento, el terreno, las distancias&#8230; que te ponen a prueba y te demuestran que puedes conseguir lo que te propones con dedicaci\u00f3n, constancia y esfuerzo. Ahora, echando la vista atr\u00e1s, me siento fuerte, feliz de haber conseguido recorrer m\u00e1s de 400 km por un terreno dif\u00edcil de rodar, con unas condiciones clim\u00e1ticas muy duras, y privilegiada de haber podido disfrutar de aquellos magn\u00edficos paisajes del desierto, al lado del Mar Rojo.
